Introduction

John Travolta said in a Reader's Digest interview that he only regrets enough to learn from something. Here are some of the things I regret and try to learn from.

1

Not consistently keeping a journal in my life

2

Not reading the Bible daily

I find that after 25 years of being a Christian, I still have lots of studying to do. I'll feel much better about myself when I can at a moment's notice intelligently discuss any book of the Bible.
3

Conquering my weaknesses

4

Being mean to my sisters and parents when I was younger

I wasn't the problem child, but there were things I did to my family (specifically, my middle sister and to my parents) that I regret. Thankfully, they don't remember any of it. Makes it easier to heal and move on
5

Getting active in extracurricular activities in high school

Not playing football, not getting into acting, not getting into debate or staying in journalism in high school...if only I could go back. Alas, I can't.

Looks like you've done a little retrospection. Except for the being mean and HS activities; you're good to go on the rest. Good Luck!

Come, fill the Cup, and in the fire of Spring
Your Winter-garment of Repentance fling:
The Bird of Time has but a little way
To fly--and lo the Bird is on the Wing.

Ah, fill the Cup:--what boots it to repeat
How Time is slipping underneath our Feet:
Unborn tomorrow, and dead yesterday,
What matter they, if today be sweet!
